Note: Relay entries are due to the Event Command Center on Friday by 5:00PM.
Logistics
Field Pit Check-in: All Field athletes will check in through the call tent at the Madison High School. You will be directed to proceed to your assigned pit. Check the flight sheets for event times as Ambulatory throwers have events starting on each hour. Check in 30 minutes before your event.
Warm-ups: Ambulatory throwers come prepared to throw. Two warm-up throws in competition order will be allowed. Seated throwers will receive 4 or 5 minutes by classification per WPA Rule 35.5
Field Chairs: Each athlete will transport their chair to the pit area, and they will be checked at the pit.
Implements: Event management implements will be available at the pits. Personal implements will be delivered to the assigned pits after they have been approved for use. The implement must be cleaned prior to turn in by the athlete. They will be available for return at the end of the competition at the drop off point.
Track: Track staging will be from the large tent at the south end of the track (just past finish line).
We will run on a timed schedule unless we get behind. Then we will switch to a rolling schedule.
Results: Preliminary and Final results will be posted online.

Throws order is in consideration of the field pits setup and safety of athletes, volunteers, and officials.

Awards
Each track & field athlete will receive a commemorative Texas Parasport Games Medal at the venue on competition day. Individual event pens will be awarded for a 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finish within your class, age division (juniors only) and gender. Pens can be picked up at designated awards table approximately 45 minutes after the completion of your final event.
